Clutha District Council service delivery group manager Jules Witt said 95% of the work on the 12-section subdivision in Dorset St was finished. A small amount of concreting was yet to be completed. Five of the titles had been sold so far and there was still "solid interest" in the remaining sections.
At the West Otago Community Board meeting last week, council chief executive Steve Hill said some people had asked for a discount on the sections if they were buying two at the same time.
Mr Hill said the sections were already of a reasonable price and the council would not discount the sections if more than one were bought.
