Man dies at Dunedin supermarket

A 59-year-old Dunedin man died at Centre City New World yesterday afternoon.

A St John spokesman said an ambulance, a first response unit and a Fire Service appliance were called to the Great King St supermarket at 5.38pm. The man died at the scene.

Police said the man was believed to have suffered a cardiac arrest, but the cause of death would be investigated by the coroner.
