Emergency services responded to a serious crash involving a logging truck, van and power pole near Oxford this morning.
Fire and Emergency NZ crews from the Oxford and Waimakariri District stations were called to the scene of the crash about 7.25am on Friday.
Hato Hone St John said eight people have been injured. Three people were in a moderate condition and five had minor injuries.
