New art exhibition ‘Art and Coffee with Millie’

Croydon Aviation Heritage Centre Museum visitor experience officer Julie Blackler is excited about the new exhibition at the museum called "Art and Coffee with Millie". 

The exhibition featured artworks created by Bernadette (Bernie) Beer, otherwise known as Millie. Millie loved to try out new techniques in paint or sculpture using found objects. The exhibition’s title comes from Millie’s habit of painting at her sitting room coffee table.

She had always done some form of art in her life and attended an art college. The exhibition is open from now until the end of May.
