Two youths have been referred to Youth Aid after a 15-year-old boy was attacked while he waited for a bus at Lincoln.
Star News reported on the assault last week.
It happened about noon on May 20, when the victim was approached by two other 15-year-old boys who proceeded to punch him in the face and kick his legs.
Senior Sergeant Rachel Walker said the two youths have been identified and referred to Youth Aid.
The assault followed an unrelated attack on the same victim about 4.30pm on May 3, when two boys pushed him to the ground and stomped on his head and body, while a small group of about five boys and girls videoed the attack.
The mother of the victim said police had spoken to the parents of the attackers who had been “very upset” by their children’s actions - and said they would be disciplining them.
