Police received a report of the incident just before 2am on Monday on Daniels Rd, near Hannah Pl.
Detective Senior Sergeant Craig Johnson said one of the offenders had a blunt weapon.
A 22-year-old woman has been charged with aggravated robbery and was remanded in custody when she appeared in the Christchurch District Court on Tuesday.
Detective Senior Sergeant Johnson said police are seeking two more people in relation to the incident.
He said electronic items were targeted in the home.
St John spokesman Gerard Campbell said a person was treated at the scene but not taken to hospital.
