A police spokesperson said part of Pound Rd, between Yaldhurst and Buchanans Rds, is closed while emergency services respond to a crash.
The incident was reported at 5.35am on Tuesday.
"Indications are that there have been serious injuries. Motorists are asked to avoid the area and expect delays," the spokesperson said.
