The first pursuit came after police received a report of a suspicious vehicle on Whiteleigh Ave in Addington about 4.45am.
A police spokesperson said the driver fled police after failing to stop when officers tried to pull the vehicle over.
"Police abandoned the pursuit as soon as it was initiated due to the manner of driving," the spokesperson said.
The second pursuit, also triggered by a suspicious vehicle, was abandoned on Bealey Ave about 1.40am.
Police said the driver fled when signalled to pull over but the pursuit was abandoned due to the manner of driving.
The vehicle was later found abandoned in Waltham and has now been impounded.
The third police chase started when a driver failed to stop for police on Hagley Ave about 7.30am.
The vehicle was briefly pursued but the chase was abandoned by police when it ran a red light. Police have confirmed the registered owner of the car was not the driver.
Police are now trying to identify and locate all of the drivers involved in the pursuits.
The incidents come after a man was arrested on Friday after crashing into a fence following a police pursuit.
The man was due in court yesterday on a number of charges relating to the incident which started on Ferry Rd.
