One person is seriously injured following a crash in Christchurch this afternoon.
Police confirmed the serious injury resulted from a crash between a vehicle and a cyclist on Kerrs Rd, Linwood.
The crash happened about 4pm and was near the intersection with Woodham Rd, police said.
The road was closed and motorists were advised to avoid the area, police added.
