Warbirds Over Wanaka International Airshow returned to Wānaka in spectacular fashion at the weekend after a hiatus since 2018. 

Crowds totalling 70,000 people flocked to see about 80 aircraft on aerial display over three days at the long weekend. Otago Daily Times photographer Gregor Richardson was there.
