Firefighters have extinguished a burning car on Otago Peninsula.
A Fire and Emergency New Zealand spokesman said crews were notified of the incident in Broad Bay about 2.05pm today.
An appliance from Portobello station responded and extinguished the fire using a hose reel, the spokesman said.
