Filming of the six-part television mystery series Top of the Lake continued in Queenstown last week with scenes shot at the Alpine Supermarket and Henry's Beer, Wine and Spirits store on Thursday, as well as on lower Beech St, where visitors stopped to watch crew and co-director Jane Campion (right) shoot a scene featuring Mad Men actress Elisabeth Moss (left).
In addition to the three-time Emmy-nominated actress, the mini-series will feature Holly Hunter, who won a Best Actress Academy Award for her performance in Campion's The Piano, Bafta nominee Peter Mullan (War Horse, Trainspotting) and AFI award-winning actor David Wenham (The Lord of the Rings, Australia).
