The show, fresh from its 150th anniversary last year, started with a carnival last night. The main day today, includes a Grand Parade at 3pm.
Other attractions today include livestock judging, an Oamaru Fire Service display, speed shearing, show jumping, dog agility, the terrier race and entertainment by John McCabe and the Mullet Man.
There are also the Miss Junior and Master Show contests.
