Former All Black Andrew Hore has pleaded guilty to supplying a shotgun to an unlicensed person but has sought a discharge without conviction.
Hore, of Patearoa, appeared in the Alexandra District Court this morning before Judge Michael Crosbie on the charge, which is connected to a duckshooting incident on May 2 this year in which a man almost lost an arm.
The 36-year-old was remanded on bail until September 17.
Judge Crosbie said Hore's counsel had filed an application for a discharge, but police had not yet had time to respond, so he would not enter a conviction.
