Tourists and locals can breathe a sigh of relief - Fergburger has reopened its doors.
Its closure due to a fire in the early hours of yesterday morning was the talking point of the town.
News of the closure spread quickly to all corners of the globe.
General manager Stephen Bradley says the response from the public was genuinely appreciated - and shows the importance the local eatery has to the tourism industry in town.
"We had texts coming in from all over asking if everything and everyone was OK, that was cool."
The burger joint re-opened at 6.15pm last night.
Bradley was unsure how many customers they turned away during the closure.
"Our focus was getting the restaurant back up and running, but we also tried to speak to everyone individually and apologise for the closure."
He was also full of praise for this staff and the fire service saying they could have been facing a greater problem.
"The response time of the fire service was phenomenal; if they hadn't it could have been a different story.
"The staff also did a great job and it is great that our training processes were followed and work."
