A motorcyclist caught on camera the terrifying moment a car driving on the wrong side of the road rounded the corner heading straight towards them.
In a video uploaded to Youtube named Close call - Lake Tekapo, New Zealand'' the motorcyclist can be heard yelling at the car to ''get over'' to the other side of the road.
''Someone (a tourist?) is driving on the wrong side of the road and heading straight for me,'' reads the video description, uploaded by an unidentified Youtube account holder with the username ''Pfffffft''.
The 14-second video shows the motorcyclist driving down a rural road when a red car appears from around a corner, driving at a high speed on the wrong side of the road.
The motorcyclist yells and points to the car to get on to the other side, which it does after coming to an abrupt stop.
''F***ing hell,'' the driver can be heard saying before the video ends.
Tourists driving dangerously on New Zealand roads have been a major cause for concern in the past year after a string of accidents, some of them fatal.
In January last year a member of the public stopped a tourist driving a rental car on the Lindis Pass and took the vehicle's keys, after narrowly avoiding a head-on collision.
A month later, a fed-up man near Franz Josef Glacier confiscated the keys of a tourist he had flagged down after seeing them driving on the wrong side of the road.
