A pedestrian was critically injured after a collision involving a vehicle in central Dunedin on Saturday, emergency services say.
Emergency services were called to the crash in Princes St about 9.30pm Saturday night, police said.
A Hato Hone St John spokesman said one person was transported to Dunedin Hospital in a critical condition.
The road was closed for a time.
Inquiries into the circumstances of the incident were continuing.
