St John attended a two-car accident on the southern motorway near Fairfield just before 2pm this afternoon.
A spokesman said three people were assessed at the scene, but there were no injuries.
No one was taken to hospital, he said.
Police could not immediately comment on the cause or circumstances of the crash.
