Cricket: Dunedin to host West Indies test

Dunedin's University Oval will host a test between the Black Caps and the West Indies in early December, and the Queenstown Events Centre will host the tourists in an ODI on New Year's Day.

The tour also includes the first men's international match to be hosted in Nelson, a one-day international at Saxton Oval on January 8.

The Dunedin test, the first of a three-match series, will start on Tuesday, December 3.

The other two tests are at Wellington's Basin Reserve from December 11 to December 15, and Hamilton's Seddon Park from December 19-23.

There are five one-day matches and the tour will conclude with two twenty20 fixtures in mid-January.
