Sky’s the limit for ambitious youngster

Little Xia Hong (5) had a mission yesterday. She wanted to build a tower taller than herself with colourful blocks.

The Invercargill youngster was among those taking part in the Invercargill City Library’s school holiday programme.

Her mother, Nari Shin, said the child loved working with colours and blocks at home.

Xia did not know how many blocks she was using on her construction but said it was ‘‘a lot’’.
