Police are seeking information about a hit and run in Oamaru last weekend.
A 15-year-old boy was biking along Severn St when he was struck by a vehicle.
The incident occurred on Sunday between noon and 1pm, Constable Jay Morriss said.
The driver of the vehicle did not stop to check on the boy.
"Our understanding is whoever was driving hasn’t stopped to ascertain any injuries and things like that, hasn’t given any details — they’ve just taken off."
The boy believed he was hit between Rother St and Nicholson Tce.
He suffered minor injuries and it was unclear at this time if he suffered a concussion.
