The Southern District Health Board has released membership details of its advisory committees.
Deputy board chairman Paul Menzies has been appointed chairman of the hospitals' advisory committee; other members are Neville Cook, Dr Malcolm Macpherson, Dr Branko Sijnja, Richard Thomson and Tim Ward.
The joint disability support and community and public health advisory committee is made up of Dr Macpherson (chairman), Mr Cook, Kaye Crowther and Mary Flannery.
Chairman of the audit and risk committee is Mr Ward, with other members board chairman Joe Butterfield, Mr Menzies and Ms Flannery.
The iwi governance committee members include Mr Menzies and Tahu Potiki, with up to two other appointments if required. A chairman has not been appointed.
The appointments and remuneration advisory committee is made up of Mr Butterfield (chairman), Mr Menzies and Mr Thomson.
Dr Sijnja was appointed chairman of the new clinical advisory committee, the rest of whose membership would be hospital clinicians.
Dates for committee meetings are still being finalised.
Minister of Health Tony Ryall is yet to announce the fourth ministerial appointee. That person could be slotted into one or more of the committees, Mr Butterfield said.
