Opposing submitters had the chance to air their objections to a proposed Lake Hayes subdivision in Queenstown last week.
Lake Hayes Estate Ltd has applied to the Queenstown Lakes District Council for resource consent to build a 12-unit residential development at Howards Dr, Lake Hayes Estate, near Queenstown.
The council received 66 submissions, all opposing the development.
Submitters were invited to the pre-hearing conference to put their concerns to the applicant at the Crowne Plaza in Queenstown.
The application says the company is proposing four three-bedroom detached houses and eight two-bedroom units.
