Students from numerous secondary schools in Dunedin gathered at Queen’s High School yesterday for a leadership and empowering seminar run by ChangeMakers.
Queen’s High School deputy principal Steph Ashton said leadership opportunities within Dunedin secondary schools were limited to a small group of students.

‘‘It’s about inspiring all girls to find the potential in themselves and to be empowered to bring about change and be a great leader,’’ she said. PHOTO: PETER MCINTOSH
The day was about giving every girl the opportunity and the skills as they head into year 13.
