Four Australians have been injured in a rockslide in northern Italy.
The group was rescued while walking on a stretch of Liguria's famous Cinque Terre coastline, the Italian news agency ANSA reports.
The rockslide happened on the famous Via dell'Amore (Road of love) track between Riomaggiore and Manarola on Monday.
One member of the group was seriously hurt and paramedics have transported them by helicopter to a hospital in the north-western Italian city of La Spezia.
There were three women and one man in the group.
Comment has been sought from the Australian Department of Foreign of Affairs and Trade (DFAT).
