About 20 Australian croquet players crossed the Ditch to play on New Zealand fields including Dunedin’s Tainui Croquet Club.
This was the first time they had toured since the Covid pandemic.
Go See Touring tour leader Kylie Hill said the players had been to Christchurch and would go to Te Anau and Queenstown next.
There was a mix of competitive and social players in the group and they came from all parts of Australia including Brisbane, New South Wales and Tasmania.
During their time in New Zealand, they would also be doing some sight-seeing including the Milford Sound cruise.
