Emergency services work to stabilise a van which crashed into a residential property in Scroggs Hill Rd, near the intersection with Seaview Rd.
A Fire and Emergency New Zealand spokesman said the van was stuck on an angle in the driveway of a home and firefighters helped to extract the driver of the van.
A police spokeswoman said officers responded to the crash about 4.15pm yesterday.

A St John spokeswoman said an ambulance attended and treated the driver at the scene for minor injuries.
