Nutritionist Lola Berry is back with her fifth book extolling the virtues of happiness achieved through wholefoods.

This combines recipes with advice and information on everything from face masks to tips on being more assertive.

She also covers a few common excuses for not following the wholefoods path and shares some of her own eating experiences.

Recipes include the tasty porterhouse with kale and sweet spud mash to tasty toppers for smoothies - try macadamia nuts, cranberries and sunflower seeds.

Another sister act, Sally Obermeder and Maha Koraiem, from Australia rose to prominence with their Super Green Smoothie book.

Sally is a television host on Channel 7 and Maha is a health and nutrition coach.

They have combined their skills to produce a recipe book based on a ‘‘super green'' lifestyle - ‘‘Lean, fab and fast''.

To make that easier, each recipe is marked with the category it falls into and they have also included meal plans and treats such as raw caramel pies.
