Maker Arklu, which had produced a Kate Middleton engagement doll before the nuptials, showed off the dolls in Hamleys toy store this week, the BBC reported.
Renowned designers and artists have contributed to the Kate wedding doll on details including the tiara, engagement ring, shoes, make-up, bridal bouquet and "something blue" knickers.
While the royal couple vowed to be together "till death us do part", the Kate doll can be bought separately, with a £1 donation from every purchase goes to the Royal National Lifeboat Institution.
Joe Little, managing editor of Majesty magazine, said the dolls were reasonable likenesses and seemed well made, and would ''appeal to the North American market in particular''.
The BBC said it could not get to the bottom of rumours of a planned Pippa Middleton doll.
