Barefoot man nabbed by police

Police were in Onslow St in the Dunedin suburb of St Kilda about 10.30am yesterday, arresting a barefoot man on the street. A police spokesman said the man was arrested without issue in relation to a historic fleeing driver incident. Several units were at the scene, along with a dog handler.
